Information. The property, an eccentric red brick building, is located on the north side of Ilchester Place. This Lutyenesque styled terraced street was designed and completed in 1928 by Leonard Martin.The terrace has been largely preserved of any bomb damage during World War II and the facing elevations on both sides of the street retain their original appearance.

Works. Stewart Truman where appointed to carry out the Brickwork & Blockwork package including a rear extension, basement blockwork and restoration works. The extension was built using handmade 50mm bricks to match the original and finished in a flush joint. Axed arches where fitted to match the existing and the entire property was repointed.
